Historic Replica of Brant Point Lighthouse was featured on the History Channel

In March, 2005 Murphy traveled to Nantucket, Massachusetts to photograph and measure all aspects of the beautiful Brant Point Lighthouse.  After completing the design work, Murphy and his crew spent 3 weeks replicating this lighthouse for the History Channel.  The program, 'The Big Build', has been featured many times since the show was first aired.

LIGHTING THE WAY TO POINT PLACE IN

TOLEDO, OHIO

Construction crews have completed working on a lighthouse that is part of the 'Gateway to Point Place' project near Cullen Park along Summit Street. The lighthouse is the second phase of a three-phase project that is to be completed by Labor Day, 2003.   The third phase will connect the lighthouse with Cullen Park by a walkway that will include park benches.  Murphy is currently working on replicas of this beautiful lighthouse.  All sizes are available.
